- Cancellation and refund (standard terms, all Gymnasia camps): 30 or more days before the camp start date — full refund, less a €100 administration fee; 14 to 29 days before the camp start date — 50% refund; fewer than 14 days before the camp start date — no refund; credit towards a future camp may be possible.
